We do not collect full Social Security Numbers — only the last four digits when provided voluntarily.

We use your information to:
- Generate dispute letters
- Provide account access
- Support customer service requests
- Maintain and improve platform functionality and security
We do not sell or rent your information.
3. Third Party Services
We may integrate with:
- IdentityIQ (credit report access)
- LetterStream (certified mail fulfillment)
- Stripe (payment processing)
Third-party providers operate independently and maintain their own privacy and security practices.
4. Data Storage & Security
Uploaded documents and generated dispute files are processed using secure storage, access controls, and encrypted transmission where applicable. While we take reasonable measures to protect user data, no online platform can guarantee absolute security.
Temporary recovery storage used for generated dispute documents is periodically purged in accordance with platform retention policies.
