By accessing or using this website, dashboard, or any associated features (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Platform Purpose & Non-Legal Status
DisputeHub provides software tools that assist users in generating dispute-related documents based on user-provided credit report information.
- We are not a law firm.
- We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or financial advisory services.
Nothing in the Service should be interpreted as:
- Legal advice
- A guarantee of results
- A promise to improve credit scores or outcomes
Users remain responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of all submitted information.
2. User Responsibility
You agree to:
- Provide accurate personal and dispute information
- Only dispute items you believe are inaccurate or incomplete
- Comply with federal and state laws in your use of the Service
You are responsible for reviewing all generated letters before sending them.
3. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee:
- Removal of any item from your credit report
- Approval for loans/credit products
- Any specific credit score results
Outcomes depend on third-party bureaus and data furnishers.
DisputeHub does not control how credit bureaus, furnishers, lenders, or third parties respond to submitted disputes.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service to:
- Dispute accurate information
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Harass or mislead furnishers or bureaus
- Violate FCRA, FDCPA, or other laws
Violation may result in account termination.
5. Payments & Refunds
All purchases are final.
We do not offer refunds on:
- One-time access
- Time-based access plans
- Lifetime access
- White-label setup fees
Access begins immediately upon purchase.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Credit decisions made by lenders
- Actions taken by credit bureaus
- Data reporting errors by third parties
Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
7. Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration, not in court. You waive the right to participate in a class action.
